Sacred Sweat
Is a very sacred ritual of healing, purification and grounding. The space created represents the womb of the Mother, Earth or Goddess. Through ceremony, prayer, intention, sharing, meditating, singing and sweating we shed the old and create space in our bodies, minds and hearts for the new.
Tea Time
Chaga is almost always in the crock, we have a wide range of loose leaf herbal teas available, cacao pulls on our heart strings and a variety of homemade nut milks bless our mornings, afternoons and evenings. Fresh Spring Water for all these tasty delights is also a priority!
Hammock Time
The popular 4 hammock stack next to the lake is dreamy and all the local trees would love to support your hammocks.

Onchiota Highlights
7 Gables Antique Shop is a spunky little shop full of unique items, gifts and antiques.
The Six Nations Indian Museum depicts historical and contemporary Haudenosaunee culture through artifacts, art, and oral history. The museum is open Tuesdays through Sundays from 10 am to 5 pm, July through August.
Hiking the High Peaks in the Adirondacks
The Adirondacks are beautiful with 46 High Peaks over 4’000ft. The distance from WWS ranges from 20 min to 1 1/2hours driving.
